FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

FOR GOLFERS

What is Caddie Pass?

Caddie Pass is a digital membership that gives you access to book tee times at premier private country clubs across the United States. Think of it as your bridge from public golf to private membership — a way to experience exclusive clubs before committing to one.

How much does a membership cost?

Caddie Pass membership is $249 per month. This grants you access to browse and book tee times across our entire network of partner clubs.

How do I book a tee time?

Once you’re a member, log in to browse available partner clubs and their open tee times. Select your preferred course and time, submit your request, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the club approves your booking.

What happens when I arrive at a club?

You’ll receive specific arrival and entry instructions before your round. When you arrive, you’re welcomed as a guest with full access to the course and on-site amenities. It’s a true member-for-a-day experience.

Are there additional green fees or cart fees?

Green fees and cart fees are set by each individual club and are paid directly to the club at the time of your round. These are separate from your Caddie Pass membership fee.

Is Caddie Pass right for me?

Caddie Pass is designed for avid golfers who are serious about the game and ready to explore private club life. If you’re tired of overcrowded public courses and want to experience what private membership feels like before making a long-term commitment, Caddie Pass is built for you.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Caddie Pass is a monthly subscription with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime through your member account.

FOR PRIVATE CLUBS

What does it cost my club to participate?

Nothing. There are no upfront costs, no subscription fees, and no ongoing expenses. Caddie Pass is completely free for participating clubs.

What kind of golfers will Caddie Pass send to my club?

Every Caddie Pass member is a financially qualified, avid golfer — 15 handicap or less, spending $5,000+ annually on golf, and playing 12+ rounds per year. These are serious prospects with genuine interest in private club membership, not casual foot traffic.

Do I have to give up my best tee times?

Absolutely not. You have full control over which tee times are available to Caddie Pass guests. Most clubs designate off-peak times, keeping premium slots reserved for existing members.

How does the integration work?

Caddie Pass integrates directly with your existing tee sheet software. Bookings appear automatically — no manual data entry required. Your staff can focus on delivering a great guest experience instead of managing logistics.

Will this compromise my club’s exclusivity?

The opposite. Caddie Pass replaces the need for broad, aggressive marketing that can dilute a club’s sense of mystique. Instead, you’re inviting a small number of pre-qualified guests to experience your club firsthand — the most authentic and effective way to recruit new members.

How do I get started?
